Only those who have been examined by the customs and meet the requirements of the Measures for the Administration of Quarantine Treatment of Wood Packaging of Outbound Goods are eligible to apply the special IPPC mark.

According to the Regulations on the Implementation of the the People's Republic of China Entry and Exit Animal and Plant Quarantine Law, those who forge or alter animal and plant quarantine documents, seals, signs, or seals shall be investigated for criminal responsibility in accordance with the law; it does not constitute a crime or the crime is significantly minor and does not need to be sentenced according to law. Administrative Measures for the Quarantine Treatment of Wood Packages for Outbound Goods

Article 13 In case of any of the following circumstances, the customs shall order the marking and application enterprise to make rectification, and the qualification for marking and application shall be suspended during the rectification period.

(I) heat treatment/fumigation treatment facilities and testing equipment fail to meet the requirements;

(2) The technical indexes such as temperature, dosage and time are not reached in the treatment of pests;

(III) the management of the finished wood packaging product warehouse that has passed the disinfestation treatment is not standardized, and there is a risk of re-infection of pests;

The addition of (IV) wood packaging marks does not meet the specification requirements;

(V) the wood packaging treatment, sales and other conditions are not clear;

The (VI)-related quality management system does not operate normally and the quality records are not sound;

(7) failing to declare to the Customs in accordance with the provisions;

(VIII) other affect the quality of wood packaging quarantine.

Article 14 If one of the following circumstances occurs due to the reasons of the enterprise that adds the logo, the customs will suspend or cancel its qualification for adding the logo and publish it.

The (I) has been disharmed, destroyed or returned abroad due to the reasons of Article 13;

(II) without effective pest control treatment and marking;

(III) reselling or misappropriating signs and other fraudulent acts;

(4) Serious safety and quality accidents occur;

(E) other serious impact on the quality of wood packaging quarantine.

Where can I buy wooden packaging with IPPC special logo?

Exporters may purchase wood packaging from the marking and application enterprises published by the customs, and require the marking and application enterprises to provide the export goods wood packaging damage treatment certificate.
