This specification specifies the basic requirements, technical requirements, labels, signs and marks of our company's export wire and cable commodity packaging (hereinafter referred to as "packaging").

1. Scope
This specification specifies the basic requirements, technical requirements, labels, signs and marks of our company's export wire and cable commodity packaging (hereinafter referred to as "packaging").
This specification applies to the packaging of export wires and cables.
2. Normative references
The provisions of the following documents become provisions of this specification by reference to the standard, the latest version of which applies to this specification.

3. Basic requirements
3.1 packaging should be in accordance with the relevant provisions of international trade rules and regulations of the importing country, in line with the requirements of life safety, environmental protection, safeguarding the interests of consumers and reducing resource consumption.
3.1.1 Packaging and its auxiliaries should not use natural animal and plant materials without any processing.
3.1.2 Wood packaging shall be treated in accordance with Annex B of GB/T 19786
3.1.3 The content of heavy metals or hazardous chemicals in packaging or packaging materials shall comply with GB/T 16716.1.
3.1.4 The measurement of prepackaged cables shall comply with the regulations of the importing country, and the prepackaged cable container shall meet the following requirements:
---------- Repeatable opening, leaving visible signs after the first opening (anti-theft packaging)
---------- Convenient loading and unloading of cables by conventional methods
---------- be able to demonstrate that the reserved space is necessary and appropriate

3.1.5 The pre-packaged cable shall be attached with a certificate or label. The certificate label shall be in the official language, common language or the language specified in the contract of the importing country. The certificate or label shall include the following contents:
---------- name, address and contact information of the manufacturer
---------- cable model specification, length, manufacturing standard number or certification mark
---------- Date of manufacture
---------- correct rotation direction of the cable
If the cable is packed, the box shell shall be marked:
---------- name, address and contact information of the manufacturer
---------- cable model specification, length, weight, manufacturing standard number or certification mark
---------- overall dimensions and quality of the box
---------- Moisture-proof, anti-throwing, anti-pressure and other signs
3.2 packaging decoration should give full consideration to the religious beliefs and national culture of the importing country and consumers, and the patterns and colors used in the export cable packaging decoration should also respect the religious beliefs and national culture of the importing country and consumers.

4 Technical requirements
Suitable materials and containers shall be selected for 4.1 packaging according to the shape and weight of the cable, and appropriate protective measures shall be taken according to the expected storage, transportation and environmental conditions. When there is no special provision in the contract, the mildew-proof packaging, rust-proof packaging, moisture-proof packaging and waterproof packaging shall refer to the corresponding standards or specifications respectively.
4.1.1 If there is no requirement for the cable container, the container shall be used for packaging and transportation. Small cable products can be packed in wooden boxes or cartons, but it should be considered that cable products are often heavy and often installed at the bottom of the container, causing inevitable bumps and bumps during transportation. 4.1.2 Large cables shall be packed with thick outer protective plates, and the outer protective plates shall be tied with steel belts to prevent them from falling apart due to bumps, loading and unloading, impact, etc. during long-distance transportation. Finally, the trays shall be fixed on the trays.
4.1.3 If the original wooden box or pallet is used, fumigation is required and the fumigation certificate is attached, the plywood is not required to be fumigated.
The materials, forms, dimensions, labels, marks, modes of transport and inspection standards for 4.2 packaging shall be clearly defined in the Contract in normative, non-ambiguous language.
The 4.3 shall be transported in containers, and appropriate gaps shall be left according to the shape of the cable reel.
4.4 When the wire and cable reel is small or flexible packaging may not be suitable for printing labels due to the small size of the packaging or irregular dimensions, a way such as a tag can be used, and its graphics and text should be recognizable.
The shape and size of 4.5 cable transport packages shall be coordinated with the specifications and sizes of pallets, carriers and containers to be used. When there is no special provision in the contract, the shape and size of packages such as pallets and containers may refer to the corresponding national standards.
4.6 cable packaging should be carried out in a clean and sanitary environment, there should be no dust, sewage, oil, sweat and other pollution or traces.
The 4.7 cable package shall contain:
Product certificate (manufacturer's name and address, product model, specification and length, manufacturing standard and date, etc.)

----------- instruction manual (cable DC resistance, withstand voltage level, laying temperature, bending radius, short-circuit current, etc.)

5 Marking and marking requirements
5.1 signs and marks shall be clear and eye-catching, the size shall be in harmony with the size of the package, and shall be kept in good condition in the foreseeable use environment and within the specified validity period.
5.2 When the product needs to be printed with product safety, energy saving, green and other signs, it should have the corresponding certificate.
